Sara is the private assistant used by Tejas Coastal Insurance to help Daniel Bermea review insurance leads, find relevant agency information, and follow up on client questions.

Authorized administrators use Sara to review leads and documents, work through coverage questions, and prepare agency follow-up. The signed-in mailbox owner can ask Sara to retrieve email through the existing Gmail read-only connection and prepare reply wording for review. After enabling Google draft/send permissions, the owner can save drafts and separately approve sending the exact recipients and wording. The first release supports plain-text messages without attachments.
